There are currently 424 million devices in use in the country, which demonstrates the growing presence of technology in our society&#8217;s daily life. In this context, technology has also shaped Brazilian education in various ways.  <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Technology as an Ally in Education<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This scenario has generated a wide-ranging discussion about the role of electronic devices in the educational context. In this pedagogical context, when technology is used consciously, these resources can become great allies in the acquisition of knowledge. In addition, they offer possibilities for personalizing teaching, making it more dynamic and accessible.  <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Benefits of Technology in Education<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>With the pandemic, the use of digital resources in schools has accelerated. Thus, due to the need for an &#8220;emergency education&#8221; format that guaranteed social distancing, many institutions migrated to online teaching platforms. The result has been benefits such as greater mobility, flexibility in learning and the development of digital skills that are essential for the future.  <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Challenges and Choosing the Best Screen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>However, with the variety of devices available, the challenge of choosing the right one arises. In this sense, schools and families should guide students in choosing the ideal screen for their needs. To do this, you need to consider factors such as the type of activity, the age of the student and the resources available. In addition, the ergonomics and usability of the device should be carefully analyzed.   <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Health Problems and Distractors<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Although technology brings many benefits, its excessive use can lead to health problems, such as sleep disorders. In addition, there are challenges related to distraction and reduced concentration among students. In view of this, it is essential to discuss online safety issues, especially in relation to young people.  <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Establishing a Conscious Study Routine<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To ensure efficient use of technology, it is essential to create a study routine. In this regard, families play a key role, as it is the duty of guardians to set fixed hours and help young people select apps that are conducive to learning. In addition, it is important that students learn to balance online and offline time, as this promotes the development of self-management skills.  <\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Importance of Guidance in the Use of Technology<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Finally, the efficient use of devices depends on guidance and clear rules. In this process, creating safe spaces, negotiating limits and guaranteeing moments of disconnection are essential.
